Growing up in an Irish-American household, my mother always baked Soda Bread for us on St. Paddy’s Day — her own mom’s recipe.
Now at Merry Berry, we offer festive, themed cookies alongside heirloom Irish soda bread — baked traditionally in a round pan and best enjoyed with a thick slab of Irish butter.
