That’s the feeling I’ve been carrying with me behind the scenes these past few months.

A local micro-bakery serving beautiful, delicious holiday bakes and gorgeous dessert bars for weddings, events, and special gatherings — from The Triangle to the High Country.
Every Merry Berry cookie, bar, and tray is crafted in small batches with simple, real ingredients, thoughtful flavor pairings, and all my best wishes.

We’ll be offering:
Seasonal Holiday Dessert Assortments
If you know me, you know I do cookies. I’ve always specialized in Christmas cookie assortments, and that will be our signature offering at Merry Berry, too.
We’ll also feature assortments for Super Bowl Sunday → Easter brunch → summertime BBQs → Halloween parties → Thanksgiving gatherings… anytime you need to “bring something,” we’ll create a seasonally-inspired dessert tray to delight your family, friends, work team, or anyone else you’re looking to impress. 😉
Mini pie slices for Pi Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas
I’m convinced the best way to eat a holiday pie is in a “flight” — a little selection of mini slices that allow you to sample and savor multiple flavors in one sitting. Available for Pi Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas.
Dessert bars for weddings, parties, and corporate events
Artfully curated, decadent dessert bars for will elevate your celebrations for 50-250 guests.

Merry Berry’s confections are designed to bring warmth, joy, and that “oh, wow” feeling to every occasion.
We are currently in the process of securing access to a permitted kitchen where I can create all the goodies you’ll need in 2026.

Currently, I’m expecting to begin taking holiday orders in summer of 2026. If that changes, I’ll be sure to update everyone on my mailing list.
This summer, Merry Berry Confection Co. will attend vendor markets across the Triangle and the High Country.
At those events, I’ll:
Take pre-orders for Christmas cookie trays
Sell “Merry Misfits” (cookies that aren’t picture-perfect but are super snackable and taste amazing)
Hand out samples
